YYC Hot Chocolate Fest

Calling all chocolate lovers and sweet tooths. Throughout the month of February many of Calgary’s restaurants, cafes and chocolatiers will be featuring a new signature hot chocolate, and all proceeds will go to Calgary Meals On Wheels. Support a fantastic cause while sampling some of the city’s best chocolate concoctions at the 5th annual YYC Hot Chocolate Fest.

Exposure Photography Festival

Experience the magic medium of photography at Exposure 2016 – Alberta’s only photography festival. Exposure’s events and activities, many of which are free to the public, are relevant and engaging for all levels of photographers. Exhibits and events run until April, and can be found at galleries, museums, studios and art centres throughout the city.

Wine Fest Calgary

Try before you buy at the ever popular Calgary Winefest, held at the Stampede Park BMO Centre from February 19th – 20th. Enjoy a cocktail style reception with appetizers from local producers, while sampling wine from around the world. Stay in the city with special guest rates ($159 – $169 per night, based on availability) at Hotel Arts. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a non-perishable donation for the Calgary Food Bank.

Calgary Home and Garden Show

Get your house in order at the annual Calgary Home & Garden Show, held at the BMO Centre & Corral in Stampede Park from Feb 25th – 28th. You’ll find more than 650 vendors showcasing innovative home and garden products as well as celebrity speakers, like HGTV’s Carson Arthur. Save $3 when you buy your tickets online!
