Pack the Perfect Picnic

No shade, no problem. If you plan on spending hours in the summer sun, pack yourself some portable shade. Use it for yourself, your kids or simply store your picnic food in it. We like the one-piece pop-up Shade Shack, as it’s easy to set-up and provides UPF 30+.
Beautiful Blanket. Store a beach blanket in the trunk of your car throughout the summer for impromptu picnics and afternoons and the park. Handheld treats. Keep things simple and pack easy to eat handheld fare. Rolls and wraps, charcuterie platters, fruit skewers – and any dish that can be served on a stick work – beautifully. Some of our favourites include:

§ BLT, Greek and caprese salad on a skewer

Tools of the trade. Be sure to pack these essentials for a successful picnic: a cutting board and sharp knife, Ziploc bags or empty Tupperware containers, a corkscrew, a garbage bag, extra ice, lots of water, wet wipes, napkins, sunscreen and bug spray.
