Taste of Calgary Festival
August is the month of festivals! It’s Calgary’s 19th year of the most appetizing outdoor festival, Taste of Calgary. It is held at Eau Claire's festival plaza (Barclay Parade and 3rd Street SW) from August 13-16, 215. Admission is free and the taste sampling tickets are $1. each. You will have an arrangement of African, Indian, Italian, and Asian flavours. Over forty of Calgary’s restaurants and beverage companies will be preparing the cuisine.
In addition, entertainers will be playing live on the Main Stage, there will be interactive activities, as well as artisans throughout the festival all in which are local. http://www.visitcalgary.com/things-to-do/festivals/taste-calgary-

The very first pancake breakfast of Stampede is on Thursday, July 2nd from 7:3am to 1:3am. Get your cowboy and cowgirl gear on, and head down into the Stephen Avenue action.Breakfast will be served right outside of the Telus Convention Centre and it is complimentary.
